About the Project

Project Overview

The 67,345-square-foot Navy Bachelor Office Quarters (BOQ) redevelopment project revitalized a severely deteriorated site affected by vandalism, theft, graffiti, and fires. We converted the original 200-unit structure into 100 modern one-bedroom, one-bath rental housing apartments, restoring the property into a functional residential community.
