Mānoa Construction LLC was founded on a simple belief: Hawaii deserves a locally-owned construction firm that operates at a national level. Our principal spent 21 years at Moss — one of America's leading construction management companies — where they opened and built the Hawaii office from the ground up.
During that time, we delivered some of Hawaii's most significant projects: the first privately-funded workforce housing development on Maui in over 20 years, dual-brand hotel developments, senior affordable housing, and large-scale solar energy infrastructure across the islands.
Now, through Mānoa Construction LLC, that same expertise is available independently — with the agility of a local firm and the rigor of a national one. We work as general contractor, owner's representative, and construction consultant, always with the accountability we built our reputation on.
