Hale Makana O Maʻili is a 39,899-square-foot affordable housing development located in Waianae on the island of Oahu. The project consists of six two-story residential buildings providing 52 one-, two-, and three-bedroom rental homes for individuals and families earning between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The community is designed to achieve LEED® Silver and Energy Star certifications, emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency.
